I actually don't feel attracted to Apple, but just feel repelled by Microsoft and Google. I want to de-Microsoft my life. For this reason, moving to a Mac and then installing Office on it doesn't appeal. I want to move to a Mac and not use Office any more, but that's hard to accomplish.we agree on Apple!
By the way, have you become a less bad investor with the help of this site?
I remain a bad investor. I don't know, for example, if housing or the S&P 500 will do better going forward. In Bogleheads, I feel like a person who's inside a beautiful cathedral (like the one in my home town) who just can't get religion.
I've found google docs to be useful for our needs (not heavy users). We started on windows machines in the 90s, by 2005 or so switched to apple and won't go back.
Stick with Bogleheads, it's the very best strategy and it's changed my investing life. Excellent resource and site.
