Good to have a buyer already lined up. Other than the house that went to a beneficiary, I had a few other properties to liquidate. Two rental properties (100% occupied, no vacancies) had buyers waiting in the wings ready to pay the appraised value. I may have been able to get more money for them by listing them, but they were rentals and managing them from 300 miles away was a huge pain. Quick, easy, and fair sales were highly appreciated by me. The non rentals will go on the market soon.Neighbor who has several rental houses wants the house and land. Probably the route I'm going with an estate auction in the middle.
Find an investor willing to buy the property and pay for and deal with all the legal crap you need to do.
Glad you were able to get the info you needed.
