Yes, I'm having the same issue. I've also tried contacting both firms. Webull says they sent it but Fidelity says they never received it. Unfortunately, this has been going on for 2 months. I've spent hours on the phone with Fidelity trying to resolve this. Fidelity says they have no way to look up the "control number" that Webull provided to me as evidence they sent it. It doesn't help that Webull won't allow me to discuss this directly with their back office. I don't know what else to do at this point.Anyone else is having troubling getting Webull to forward the cost basis to a new brokerage account? I have contacted Webull twice. Webull told me that it would get it done in a couple of business days. The recipeint brokerage claims that it had never received it.
