I think that is specifically gas blowers, due to both noise pollution and regular pollution.Blowers are justifiably becoming illegal in many cities and towns. They are going the way of the gun popping cowpokes. Sweeping is nearly as quick and far more relaxing. A blower is much more time efficient than a broom. After mowing and trimming, I'll pick the blower to clean up in less than 5 minutes every time vs sweeping for a half hour.
