Very curious. Can you advise how to do this? I currently have a taxable account and just ACAT out much of it (partial ACAT). Do I need to close this account and open a new taxable account? Do I need to wait after closing? Is there a way to preserve Platinum Honors while switching accounts?
They kill your platinum honors around your anniversary. They tell you how long you need to bring assets back to maintain it.
