My wife and I have approximately $5M in total assets, and we have two sons (29 and 31).
I believe we have all the large stuff covered, utilizing Beneficiary Designations, TOD's, and POD's.
Our motivation for looking into Trusts is the desire to control the timing of the wealth distribution.
We think we'd like to set up periodic disbursements, so they wouldn't receive everything all at once.
Wouldn't a Trust be the best way to set that up and manage it..?
