Forum Issues and Administration • Line16 & Line17 from Form 8606

In FY2023, did a backdoor Roth and Roth conversion.
FreeTax USA shows unfamiliar numbers on Form 8606.
I don't know where the *Line16 and *Line17 numbers are coming from.
Also Publication 590-B Worksheet 1-1 is attached, I don’t know where the numbers on *Line10 came from.
Does anyone know how these 3 values are calculated?
