Total income about $55,000. Never done their own taxes. I will assist them this year but they are hoping to do without assistance in future. My top three options are OLT, Taxslayer via myfreetaxes, and FreetaxUSA. Leaning towards the United Way site. Opinions or features I am not considering?
OLT: Free federal and state for income under $73k. Seems complete and accurate. Not really a user friendly interface for someone who has never done their own taxes.

FreetaxUSA: Free federal with $14.99 for state. I have not used it but lots of forum members seem happy with it.
